The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is making it easier to find the closest and fastest processing center with the launch of a new app called Rahbar. Not only does this show you all of the NADRA Center locations, you can do much more with just a few taps.

The citizen-centric mobile app was launched by NADRA President Tariq Malik. He said: citizens living in Pakistan were unable to know where the NADRA Centers that best suited their circumstances were. You can now make informed decisions and track location, distance, number of applicants waiting, and average processing time on your phone. As the announcement states, the app displays all relevant information about NADRA centers, including location, distance, number of applicants waiting on site and average processing time for citizens.

He argued that the initiative aims to transform NADRA processing centers from simple registration sites into citizen service centers, and that the app will help citizens in any way possible. Available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The app does not ask for any information and goes directly to the main menu, so no login is required. You can search for NADRA centers by location and you will also see a list of them on the page. You can open any service center for more information.

The app currently covers eight cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, Muzaffarabad and Quetta. You can also search by city by tapping on one of the specified cities. The app can easily switch between English and Urdu using the toggle button in the top right corner.
